Ok. Here we go. Things that need to happen in march throughout the rest of the year.
-I need to start getting on a regular sleep schedule -I need to go to the gym everyday -I need to eat right before and after my workouts -absolutely no eating foods that are not feul (aside from moderate desserts for special occasions. BUT never as a reward for something) -daily routines should be breakfast, school, rehearsal, homework, gym, read, sleep. - days where I have no rehearsal, I can see the boyf or hang on my own to make art and study, but no junkfood out of boredom! -no spending money on food -I need to eat dinner home -I need to respect myself more than I have been these past few days. -no more wasting hours on tumblr and no more wasting hours on other social media. Ugh.
